Some common vendors used for hosting are AppRiver, Google, GoDaddy, etc. Currently, the settings with your host / vendor are directing / journaling emails to Global Relay. With this change, you need to add the journaling instructions that will direct the emails to Red Oak versus Global Relay.
Please forward this email to your IT / email administrator, whether it’s another individual in your office or a third-party vendor. You may also initiate a service ticket with Red Oak by sending an email to redoak-mw@redoak.com.
After you send the email to Red Oak to notify them that you have added the new journaling instructions, they will send you a “test” email and verify that it is properly journaled / captured for archiving purposes. You will then receive a confirmation email from Red Oak that the process has been successfully completed.
If you are receiving reminder notifications, the final steps of sending the notification email to Red Oak was likely not completed or the “test” email sent by Red Oak did not get captured / archived.
