Your compliance policy will define if all domains or emails are required for monitoring. You can narrow it to specific mailboxes or distribution lists if your compliance needs require it.

Red Oak will add a journal rule, outbound connector, and mail flow rule to your Microsoft 365 tenant. Your existing email and archiving settings will not be changed. You'll be asked to sign in with your Microsoft 365 Global or Exchange Administrator account to authorize it.
