Red Oak | MirrorWeb Communications Supervision Setup
This tool configures email journaling in your Microsoft 365 tenant so that a copy of your email is archived by MirrorWeb — Red Oak's communications supervision solution. The entire process takes about two minutes and requires no technical knowledge.
What this tool does: Red Oak will automatically add a journal rule, outbound connector, and mail flow rule to your Microsoft 365 tenant. Your existing email settings — including any current Global Relay archiving — will not be modified.
Admin sign-in required: On the next step you will be asked to sign in with your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator or Exchange Administrator account and authorize Red Oak to add the required journaling configuration to your Exchange Online environment. This will not affect any of your existing journaling or email archiving settings.
